Fashion and Style is seen all over the place.  It doesn't have to cost you much to look like a millionaire!  Fashion isn't a complicated thing.  It doesn't have to break your bank account.  The best time to shop clothing is in and out of seasons.  

Two to three months before a new season began, clothing go on clearance.  Clearance are sales to get rid of overstocked unsold products and clothing. This is the best time to hit the stores or boutiques.  Everyone can look like a fashionista if you shop this way.  

I usually visit the stores and outlets during these times and stock up on clothing and shoes that are going out of season.  I have bought five to six pair of shoes during one shopping spree. The prices drop from 25% off to 75% within weeks when the seasons are changing.  I'm going to share my fashions tips with you and teach you fashion styling on a budget.
